A new ticketing service for clients has been unveiled by Createanet this week.  After a series of trials, the new system, nicknamed Obsessive Support, is now online and already 98% of Createanet clients using it for the first time, have given it the thumbs-up.

Clients needing technical solutions or changes to their site, can now be part of a ticketing system that tracks their request right through to resolution.  Until the solutions or changes are implemented to the client’s satisfaction, the ticket number remains live.

Once the job’s completed, clients are invited to give some rather lively feedback :

Founder/owner Kevin King says the company has built its reputation on not just winning clients but working with them in the long term.  Client retention, he says, is all about fast and excellent support.  So they’re not afraid of feedback.

‘The Createanet team are always striving to find better and quicker ways of doing things,’ he says.  ’This new system is much more efficient for us and our clients as it’s faster, fairer and more transparent.’

And Kevin is quick to point out that the company ethos remains the same – great design, service and support for all clients no matter how large or small.
