Customer Care has always been one of the top priorities of leading website design company Createanet … and the company’s latest work has emphasised the importance of the words in more ways than one.
For managing director Kevin King has just completed creating a new website for Steve and Suzanna Vickerstaff who run Lorrens Ladies Health Hydro in Torquay. The couple had been one of Kevin’s first customers when he launched his business back in 1999 and because of his excellent customer care service and skills, Steve and Suzanna were more than happy to invite Kevin to re design a more advanced website for their business.
Equally, the new website has been designed exactly to the requests of Steve and Suzanna who were determined it should highlight their customer care skills and attention to detail as these qualities have always been the essence of their success.
“Although we have grown considerably since those early days we have always recognised the fact that caring for customers and looking after their everyday needs is top priority. Our efforts to keep clients happy have been rewarded time and time again as our customers keep coming back,” explained Kevin.
“We have retained many of our original local customers as well as attracting national, international and worldwide clients. It doesn’t matter how big or small clients may be, we assure them of a very personal, specialised and attentive service at all times which is why Createanet has continued to lead the way,” Kevin added.
Kevin and his talented team at Createanet are just about to launch the new advanced website (www.lorrens-health-hydro-co.uk) for Steve and Suzanna who launched their business the same time as Kevin set up Createanet (www.createanet.co.uk).
Lorrens is a family owned and personally managed ladies health hydro, the only ‘ladies only’ retreat in Devon, specialising in day and residential treatments.
The three to five day residential and single day treatments include the popular ‘Slimaway’ programmes which offer the perfect combination for guests to detoxify, lose weight and tone-up. With seven residential luxury guest rooms, five treatment rooms and a talented team of qualified therapists, guests can select a number of different treatments and experience an individually tailored exercise routine complimented with an uncomplicated, well balanced and tasty low-fat cuisine. They also offer very popular ‘Relaxtion’ packages for those ladies who simply wish to enjoy time-out and a break from the stresses and strains of life.
Steve and Suzanna equally enjoy a vast amount of repeat business from very satisfied customers but realised their website needed updating. They worked with Kevin and studio manager Paul Garland to create the latest site which is being launched to coincide with a new brochure.
Steve explained: “We realise the importance of a website these days because prospective new clients like to view our facilities via the internet before requesting a brochure.
“The new website is much easier to navigate and contains a lot more information as well as moving pictures so that guests can really appreciate the feel of the centre before requesting a brochure or booking.”
The new website features the latest facilities and equipment as well as the luxury guest rooms, all of which have recently been refurbished by Steve and Suzanna as part of their on-going investment.
“We have refurbished our guest rooms and facilities, produced a new brochure and are now ready to complete the package with the launch of our new website which we are convinced will generate a tremendous amount of new business and help us stay ahead of some of the big named health and spa centres in the UK,” Steve added.
Kevin added: “Technically, the new website follows createanet’s ethos of delivering a high level of visual impact as well as providing a website that will achieve a high ranking on the major search engines, its our exclusive dedication to the internet that gives us the edge, we don’t try and be a print shop or one stop design studio, we specialise in internet technology and nothing else. we realised a long time ago if you were going to succeed on the internet you had devote a lot of time to understanding it and how it can benefit your customers and you cant be designing a brochure one minute and building a website the next it just wont work.
