You can search season by season or by location Eg. beach, hedge or moorland and then compare your find with retina quality pictures to make sure you’re not eating the wrong thing.  Once you have your fresh ingredients, the iPhone app features detailed recipes often with a film to help you on your way. Forager and chef David Beazley shows you how to find identify and cook many common British foods from elderflower to Crab.
