The website is believed to be the first for any driving school in Torbay and although Christine has been operating for the past 14 years, she admits she has missed out in the past by refusing to gear herself up to the Internet.
“The website has saved me so much time and effort because, in the past, when people have telephoned to enquire about my driving school, I have needed to outline every aspect of the business, from my qualifications to the choice of cars and indeed instructors”.
“All that information is now contained on the website so when people telephone, they are geared up to book a lesson and not just to find out more information about us,” Christine explained.
The website has produced enormous new business for Christine and encouraged her to introduce a new facility that allows people to purchase driving lessons for their friends as a present. “The gift voucher scheme is going to be a clear winner,” she said.
