The Brief

As one of Createanet's early customers, Steve and Suzanne from the Lorrens had the vision to see the potential that the internet could offer a business like theirs. They had recognised that the internet could offer them the ability to get the general feel and style of an establishment like their own across to their customers in a way that no other media could offer them.

Our Approach

One of the many things we looked at on commencement of their first website was their internal photography. Createanet were commissioned to do their initial photography which was then used for their subsequent brochures; this enabled us to create the right angles and views that would show off their facilities to the best advantage on the internet. Once the photography had been completed we set about building them a simple to navigate website that made good use of imagery and textural content to fully display the various amenities Lorrens had to offer. The Website very quickly started to gain a good level of enquiries and became a major part of their marketing strategy.

The Result

Lorrens are now in their second generation of website with Createanet and we are very proud to call them one of our earliest customers, with a nine year history we have come to know the client very well and feel extremely well placed to offer them the right solutions. Their new website is fully content managed and provides a high profile within the internet’s major search engines. Createanet also manage the Search Engine Optimisation for Lorrens which has also had a proven success in gaining new customers to the spa.
