The Brief

The Insideout brand is hugely successful on the high street having won multiple awards. When Createanet were approached, Insideout had yet to establish a presence online. After talking to us they decided it was the perfect opportunity to launch into the world of e-commerce and with the help of Createanet the store set out to continue their high standards online.

Our Approach

Createanet's focus was to design and build a functional website which would reflects the award winning giftware and jewellery chain. Insideout prides itself on high levels of customer service in its stores. Createanet wanted to reflect this ethos with the website by creating a stylish and enticing feel, reflecting the attention to detail found in Insideout's stores. To enhance the shopping experience and to encourage customer loyalty Createanet developed a loyalty award scheme, which enables customers to earn points with every purchase.

The Result

The end result is a stylish, functional website, which mimics the client's offline brand. The online shop provides customers with the classic shopping approach, allowing people to browse by item or style. Usability and search engine optimisation were key to the success of the website, which Createanet delivered allowing the client to complete in competitive world of internet fashion retailing.
