The Brief

After the success of their previous website, Conference Torquay had no hesitation in returning to Createanet to help them re-design and build a new web solution to handle their conference bookings.

Our Approach

Aware of the Internet's vast capacity to generate online bookings, Conference Torquay wanted Createanet to help them rethink their web strategy to develop an online booking engine for their conferences and delegates.

The aim of the project involved creating a website that was attractive, accessible and easy to use, which would inspire their customers to access the site to generate enquiries and bookings.

After working closely with the client, to help us understand their existing offline booking system, Createanet were able to develop versatile content management system that can be managed in-house – allowing Conference Torquay to edit and create conferences/hotels ready to take bookings from delegates.

The Result

The re-design of the site built around an effective booking engine has helped Conference Torquay develop and grow their business to a wider audience attracting new clients while inspiring existing clients to keep in touch. Conference Torquay has seen a big change in their source of bookings, with now over 90% of their bookings made online. The result of this has save many hours of paper work and staff time, as staff members are able to manage bookings and conferences through their versatile content management system in-house.
