When we were approached by Brand Rex they had a number of Global websites which had completely lost all brand integrity as they were managed at a local level (by each country) on many different infrastructures, mainly based on off the shelve Content Management systems which not only didn’t meet their needs but were very difficult to administer. The result was the sites not only lacked design integrity but they didn’t provide a full profile of the company’s services & products due the restrictions of the content management system.
One of the first things we did was travel to the company Head Quarters in Scotland to meet with the directors and the IT team so we could get a feel for the company and their internet needs. We than gained control of their global domain names and scoped up a centrally administered multi language website which would show the specific countries web site depending on which domain name was used.
Brand Rex now have a global web presence that not only has complete continuity of design and also displays their full range of services & products due to the ease of administration. The sites are also multi lingual and have the ability to be administered from their country of origin or from head office in Scotland. The sites have proved very successful in helping Brand Rex secure global contracts.
